Madison Marquette Assumes Retail Leasing and Strategic Advisory Role for Mockingbird Station in Dallas
DALLAS, TEXAS – Madison Marquette announced today that it has been awarded retail leasing and advisory services for Mockingbird Station, a mixed-use project with 200,000 square feet of retail, residential lofts and an office tower. The company was engaged by Real Estate Capital Partners, asset manager of the property.“We are very pleased to be involved in helping shape the future of such a well-positioned and successful project,” said Patrick Walmsley, Managing Director of Madison Marquette. “Our goal is to help perfect the tenant mix and create a strategic plan that will ensure the project’s success in the years ahead.”
Mockingbird Station has a strong mix of retail, restaurant and entertainment destinations, including Urban Outfitters, Francesca's Collection, American Apparel, West Elm, Urban Taco, Rockfish Seafood Grill and Angelika Film Center and Hyena’s Comedy Club. The property is well-situated a few blocks from the campus of Southern Methodist University and directly off Highway 75.
