Madison Marquette Retained to lease Millenia Crossing in Orlando
August 13th 2007ORLANDO, FLORIDA (August 13, 2007) – Madison Marquette announced today that Wisconsin-based E.J. Plesko has retained the company to lease a new 100,000 square foot shopping center adjacent to The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida. The project, Millenia Crossing, is scheduled to open in fall 2008.
Madison Marquette Retained To Manage and Lease Two TIAA-CREF Properties
July 25th 2007PRINCETON, NJ (July 25, 2007) – Madison Marquette announced today that TIAA-CREF has retained the company to manage and lease MarketFair, a 240,000 square foot lifestyle center in West Windsor, New Jersey and Plainsboro Plaza, a 207,000 square foot open-air center in nearby Plainsboro, New Jersey. Madison Marquette was a previous owner of MarketFair.
