Madison Marquette Assumes Leasing and Management of Marquee Retail Destinations in Tampa and Orlando

Madison Marquette Acquires Former Expo Design Center Property in Columbia Maryland

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 18, 2010) – Madison Marquette announced today that it has acquired a land parcel that includes a 90,000 square foot former Home Expo Design Center in Columbia, Maryland. The acquisition was made in conjunction with MCB Real Estate.

“There is tremendous opportunity to enhance the value of this real estate by bringing in great retail concepts that are needed in the community,” said Jay Lask, Managing Director of Investments of Madison Marquette.

Marketfair to Undergo Substantial Improvement Program

PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY (December 9, 2008) – Dramatic changes are afoot at Marketfair, Route 1’s premier community retail destination.  Famed Architect Michael Graves of Princeton, New Jersey and New York has designed a dramatic new look for Marketfair both inside and out.  The substantial improvement program will modernize the center’s aesthetic and complement its premium merchandising mix.  Most of the program will be completed in 2009.
