Study: Distressed Asset Potential by Metro Market

Marketfair to Undergo Substantial Improvement Program
December 9th 2008PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY (December 9, 2008) – Dramatic changes are afoot at Marketfair, Route 1’s premier community retail destination. Famed Architect Michael Graves of Princeton, New Jersey and New York has designed a dramatic new look for Marketfair both inside and out. The substantial improvement program will modernize the center’s aesthetic and complement its premium merchandising mix. Most of the program will be completed in 2009.
Madison Marquette Appoints Phillip Akins New Chief Financial Officer
August 1st 2008WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 1st, 2008) – Madison Marquette announced today that Phillip Akins, who joined the company in June 2006 as the Chief Accounting Officer, has been named Chief Financial Officer.
As Chief Financial Officer, Phil Akins will oversee corporate finance, accounting and Fund administration activities as well as growing the company's existing network of banking and financial relationships.

Monroe Mall Undergoing Dramatic Transformation to Become 'Monroe Crossing'

The transformation plans were cemented today when Belk announced a $6 million expansion and renovation of its location at the center.

Madison Marquette Retained to lease Millenia Crossing in Orlando

Plesko has retained the company to lease a new 100,000 square foot shopping center adjacent to The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida. Madison Marquette Retained To Manage and Lease Two TIAA-CREF Properties
July 25th 2007PRINCETON, NJ (July 25, 2007) – Madison Marquette announced today that TIAA-CREF has retained the company to manage and lease MarketFair, a 240,000 square foot lifestyle center in West Windsor, New Jersey and Plainsboro Plaza, a 207,000 square foot open-air center in nearby Plainsboro, New Jersey. Madison Marquette was a previous owner of MarketFair.
