Madison Marquette Launches First Online Network for Tenants

WASHINGTON, DC (May 18, 2009) – Madison Marquette announced today the launch of an online community for retail tenants in the company’s national portfolio of nearly 100 properties.  The first-of-its-kind community brings tenants together with each other and with Madison Marquette’s in-house experts in retail operations.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (April 2, 2009) – Madison Marquette announced today that Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust of Farmington Hills, Michigan has retained Madison Marquette to lease three of its Florida retail properties along the western coast, including Naples Towne Centre in Naples, Southbay Shopping Center in Osprey and Pelican Plaza in Sarasota.

Marketfair to Undergo Substantial Improvement Program

PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY (December 9, 2008) – Dramatic changes are afoot at Marketfair, Route 1’s premier community retail destination.  Famed Architect Michael Graves of Princeton, New Jersey and New York has designed a dramatic new look for Marketfair both inside and out.  The substantial improvement program will modernize the center’s aesthetic and complement its premium merchandising mix.  Most of the program will be completed in 2009.


Madison Marquette Appoints Phillip Akins New Chief Financial Officer

WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 1st, 2008) – Madison Marquette announced today that Phillip Akins, who joined the company in June 2006 as the Chief Accounting Officer, has been named Chief Financial Officer.

As Chief Financial Officer, Phil Akins will oversee corporate finance, accounting and Fund administration activities as well as growing the company's existing network of banking and financial relationships.
